Your set lists stay on your device. This version of the app contains no advertising or third-party analytics.
Overview
This policy describes the Beat Switch app and this website. Beat Switch stores your set lists and selected music provider on your device. We do not run a server that receives your set lists, music library, or listening history.

Apple Music
With your permission, Beat Switch accesses Apple Music to display your library and play the music you select. Apple processes music requests under Apple’s privacy policy. Beat Switch does not receive your Apple Account password.
Apple Music requires a separate subscription. Spotify is not available in this release.
Purchases
Apple handles subscription payments and provides purchase and subscription status to the app to unlock Beat Switch Pro. We do not receive payment card details. Apple may provide the developer with sales and financial reports through App Store Connect.
Storage and your choices
You can delete individual set lists in Controls, revoke Music & Media permission in iOS Settings, or remove the app to remove its local data. Device backups may retain app data according to your backup settings.
Canceling a subscription does not delete saved set lists. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription; manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscriptions.
Beat Switch does not require a separate Beat Switch account. There is no server-side Beat Switch account or set-list database to delete.
Support information
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, device details, or attachments, and use it to respond to your request. Do not send passwords or payment details.
Your email provider and our email service process correspondence to deliver and store messages. We keep support correspondence while it is needed to handle your request and related follow-up. You may request deletion by emailing support@beatswitch.app. Information that must be retained for legal obligations may be kept for that purpose.
This website
This website does not use advertising, analytics scripts, cookies, or tracking pixels. The interactive routine preview runs in your browser and does not connect to your music library or send its routine selections to us.
Your browser sends ordinary technical information, including your IP address, when it requests website pages and assets. Cloudflare processes this request information to deliver and protect the hosted website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for how it handles information.
If you follow an external link, that service’s privacy policy applies. Choosing an email link opens your email application; it does not send a message automatically.
Policy updates
We will update this policy if the app’s or website’s privacy practices change and publish the current policy at the privacy-policy URL listed on the App Store. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
